EY Human Resources department for Europe, Middle East and Asia asked us to facilitate a Kgotla with all HR employees from around the world.
Dream: Kgotla meetings will address the agenda and global themes facing the senior HR community in key business sectors and industries across the EY world. This dialogue stands out because it is a genuine forum where over 200 of the most influential, forward-thinking HR employees of EY and senior executives will come together to discuss the latest insights and debate the future of this dynamic function within an intimate networking environment. In the masterminded and high-touch setting they will also expand personal networks and
professional alliances within EY.
Results: The HR executive director took several decisions in a 2 day intense and highly interactive program in Germany. All people were highly engaged and learned to know eachother better in a physical space. Normally these HR teams were remotely collaborating via the internet and telephone. A 2 day forum was a great way to learn best practices and achieving more results by sharing the wisdom of the HR people of EY.
