Leadership Explorers Club

A growing community of leaders exploring dialogue, transformation and new forms of leadership.

In uncertain times, it’s natural to ask: how do others lead through change?

As a leader, you must evolve with the times: new technologies, smarter processes and, when necessary, a complete organisational structure rethink. We will help you navigate those journeys with our Leadership Navigator and Kgotla® Process. Then what?

The next part of a leader’s journey is to continually ask: Is this the best way to lead?

Our Leadership Explorers Club invites you to ask this question alongside other leaders. We invite you to open your mind to different systems of organisation and leadership through our curated art exhibitions, Wood Wide Web Dialogues, Leadership Expeditions, and other exclusive opportunities for learning and sharing.

Our Kgotla® Process is a unique, scalable method of engagement that will help you create large-scale - even complex - organisational change with company-wide alignment.

Kgotla® Leadership Expeditions: Experience the leadership philosophies of Botswana, China, Greece, Iceland…

The journey begins with leaders articulating their vision, dreams, and key questions about the future. Then through guided dialogue, these ideas are explored and challenged from multiple perspectives. Assumptions become visible, new insights emerge, and the direction often evolves.

Participants gain a deeper understanding of what drives individuals within the leadership team — their motivations, beliefs, strengths, and ways of seeing the world. This awareness helps leaders better understand where the real challenges lie around identity, meaning, and community.

Our Leadership Navigator creates clarity and alignment within your leadership team and prepares the ground for the Kgotla® large-scale engagement, where the wider organisation joins the dialogue.

Join our Wood & Water Leadership Programme aboard our five vessels ecosystem.

Hong Kong was built by wood and water. The forests gave the timber. The shipyards gave the craftsmanship. The harbour gave the opportunity. Today these historic vessels allow a new generation of leaders to rediscover those roots. Not in a museum. But under sail.

This historic five-vessel fleet forms a complete leadership laboratory, where each boat represents a different leadership archetype and scale of organisation. This mimics the forest ecosystem, where every tree plays a different role in the Wood Wide Web.

This is an Executive Leadership Programme where leaders learn about navigation, teamwork and resilience as they rotate between vessels, experiencing different leadership environments, whilst sailing Hong Kong’s maritime history.

Wood Wide Web Art Exhibition, Hong Kong: what can we learn from trees?

In the heart of Wong Chuk Hang in Hong Kong, we’ve found a space for you to slow down, gather around the tree, and rethink how green leadership shapes the future of Hong Kong.

Hong Kong moves fast. Trams pass through Central. Towers rise higher each year. The streets are full. Minds are full. The city is efficient, intense, and constantly evolving. Yet without trees, cities become unlivable. Trees clean the air. They cool the streets. They absorb water during heavy rain. They offer shade, calm, and perspective. They reduce stress. They support biodiversity. They quietly hold communities together.

And beneath the surface, trees are not alone. Through underground fungal networks, often described as the “Wood Wide Web,” trees exchange nutrients, send signals, and support one another. Forests survive not through dominance, but through connection. This exhibition asks a simple question: what can Hong Kong learn from trees?

Wood Wide Web Dialogues bring your question to the wood.

Wood Wide Web Dialogues bring together leaders from different companies to explore complex challenges through mutual dialogue, set in nature. Inspired by the interconnected intelligence of forests, these journeys create space for reflection, new perspectives, and shared insight.
